We are proud to announce our recent partnership with Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust. Totalmobile’s mobile workforce management solution delivered tangible benefits for clinicians in our pilot project. The mobile working solution provides the ability for clinicians to capture meaningful patient interactions at the point of care, which is directly integrated with Servelec’s RIO product.
Mobile workforce management plays an important role in the delivery of patient services, with improved processes, the benefits include reduced travel costs, improved compliance and increased capacity by providing staff with the ability to access and record patient information at the point of care. With the reduction in lengthy paper-based processes, staff have more time to care and the ability to achieve greater consistency and quality of service.
Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust established a number of key areas they wished to improve as part of their drive for transformation.
Andy Graham, Trust COO says; “Feedback on the Totalmobile project from staff and patients has been excellent. The pilot project provided compelling evidence to support a business case which the Trust Board accepted in May 2018 and we look forward to larger scale implementation.”
Jim Darragh, Chief Executive Office of Totalmobile, says; “I’m excited to announce that Totalmobile are working with Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust. By providing the right mobile working technology to staff the Trust is taking innovative steps in improving how key care services are delivered. At Totalmobile we are looking forward to continuing our work with Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust and are dedicated to helping them achieve transformative benefits.”
